Luwak Coffee is known for its unique story and limited production.
The process begins with the luwak naturally selecting coffee cherries. The beans are then collected, cleaned, dried, sorted, and processed before being roasted.
Because the process depends partly on nature and the activity of the luwak, Luwak Coffee cannot simply be produced in unlimited quantities.
This is especially true for coffee sourced from wild luwaks.
Our Luwak Coffee comes from two sources: wild luwak coffee collected from nature, and coffee from responsible facilities that pay attention to animal welfare.
Both sources have their own challenges, and both have limited availability.
For us, this is an important part of the story.
Luwak Coffee is limited by nature—and we believe that is something to respect, not something to overcome by simply increasing production.
