What Makes Luwak Coffee Different?
Luwak Coffee, also known internationally as Civet Coffee, is different from conventional coffee because the coffee cherries are naturally selected and consumed by the luwak.
The beans then pass through the animal's digestive system before being collected. After collection, the beans are carefully processed to prepare them for further use as Luwak Coffee Green Bean or eventually as Roasted Luwak Coffee.
The process cannot simply be accelerated or mass-produced like conventional coffee.
There is an important element of nature involved.
And that is why authentic Indonesian Luwak Coffee is naturally limited in supply.
